Clinic Aims

At Aestetica, our aim is to offer safe, attainable and expert led non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments.

Our treatments are provided by highly trained and skilled advanced aesthetic practitioners. We offer non-surgical medical aesthetic treatments including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler injections, skin booster injections, plasma rich platelet IPL for hair reduction and skin rejuvenation following a full pre-treatment consultation and agreed treatment plan.

Appointments

All clients will complete a medical history questionnaire prior to their first consultation appointment. This form is sent out electronically, the information this gathers is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process and is discussed during the initial consultation.

All clients will receive a face to face prescription consultation with their aesthetic practitioner prior to any treatment.

Treatment plans are generated as a result of the consultation. At this time the risks and expected outcomes are explored with the client. Client information leaflets are offered and treatment costs are provided at the point of booking.

All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation

Client information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.

It is advised to come to an appointment without a full face of make-up to ensure your treatment is completed in the allocated time.

Please attend your appointment alone, unless you require a chaperone. Chaperone services are available upon request.

Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment time.

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot always guarantee you’re your results will be 100%.  We strongly advise following all aftercare recommendations from your practitioner for the best results. 

We cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

All appointments require a 72-hour (business hours) cancellation notice.

Children

Strictly no under 18’s allowed. (Unless you are Under 18 having an appointment, then you will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)

Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised. Our staff are not insured or qualified to look after your children while you receive your treatment. Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment room.

Vulnerable Adults

Treatments will not be provided if there is concern for a clients mental wellbeing or capacity to make informed consent during consultation process.

Deposits

A £30 non-refundable deposit is paid for every treatment. 

Deposit fees will be deducted from the treatments NOT retail products.

For any cancellations, we require 72 hours notice to avoid losing your deposit. 

If you do not attend a booked appointment, and fail to advise us 72 hours in advance, your deposit is non-refundable. Any subsequent booking will require a further deposit.

Payment 

You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken. Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment. The clinic accepts cash, or major debit and credit cards. 

Refunds

Refunds are not offered once you have paid deposit for a treatment, however, they can be changed for different treatments. 

Declining Treatment

We reserve the right to decline treatment, at any time, if we deem the treatment to be unsafe or unsuitable for the patient.

COVID-19

Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell or show symptoms of COVID-19. If you are unsure, please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections. Your appointment will be rescheduled.

If you are not double vaccinated and have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment.

If you have an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination, please ensure you have no Dermal Filler treatments 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after the vaccination.

Feedback

Any feedback is much appreciated, both positive and negative. Feedback is used to review and improve our quality of service. You may submit feedback verbally, via email, via the clinic website.

Complaints

If you have a complaint please inform us as soon as possible. An appointment will be made for you to be seen.
